Endometriosis and inflammation associated with it can negatively impact egg quality.

🔹️We use the fertility chart as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool. By tracking daily biomarkers such as Cervical Mucus, Luteinizing Hormone (LH), Basal BodyTemperature (BBT), bleeding patterns and symptoms we can identify underlying hormonal or cycle irregularities and design targeted treatments to restore healthy reproductive function.

🔹️The fertility chart is a personalised map of a woman’s cycle, showing how well estrogen rises, how strongly ovulation occurs, and how progesterone is sustained after the peak day.

🔹️Identifying the Peak Day:
Peak Day is the last day in the cycle in which peak type mucus/wet or slippery sensation is observed. (Sometimes we can see observations with peak characteristics after ovulation and this is why we have fertility advisors, to help you navigate the charting process).

🔹️Peak Day corresponds closely with ovulation and marks the shift from the estrogen dominant pre-ovulatory phase to the progesterone dominant post-ovulatory phase.
