Here is a journey of a couple we supported:

Before attending NeoFertility, a 35 year old female had
a diagnosis of PCOS and had been trying to conceive for 2.5 years. She previously had 2 miscarriags, 18 ovulation Inductions (8 x'Clomiphene, 3 x Letrozole, 7 x FSH (Gonal F), and 1 failed IVF.

🔹️Female factor:
Insulin resistance identified

Low progesterone identified

Progesterone is a crucial factor in women's health and fertility.

So, here is how we asses for optimal Progesterone levels:
1️⃣Each cycle, along your NeoFertility advisor, we will time peak day which is the approximate day of ovulation.
2️⃣We will use your timed peak day to have a blood tests called a peak + 7, this is an individually timed blood test to time hormone levels 7 days after ovulation.
3️⃣A peak + 7 will take a measure of progesterone and estrogen.
4️⃣The results of this test will not only asses your hormone levels, it will also asses the follicle function.
5️⃣The ranges we want to see are optimal levels as opposed to levels that only confirm ovulation.

If we identify low progesterone, we can support the levels.
