At NeoFertility, our treatment plan is personal, gentle, and non-invasive. We know that there is always a specific reason for fertility problems in each patient we treat, and our job is to find the issue(s) and address them to improve overall health and fertility.

Here is some information on our treatment plan⬇️

Phase 1:
Identifying Causes of Fertility Issues
🔹️Timed blood tests to help us identify hormone and nutrient deficiencies.
🔹️Supplement recommendations.
🔹️Lifestyle changes
🔹️Assessment of the male factor
🔹️Work with a fertility advisor to track your cycle

Phase 2:
Balancing Your Cycle
🔹️If hormone levels are sub-optimal, we normal-stimulate your cycle to achieve a mature follicle.
🔹️Prescription medication to ensure ovulation occurs.
🔹️Monitoring treatment carefully with scans, blood tests, and your fertility chart.
🔹️Surgical referral for laparoscopy or hysteroscopy, if necessary.

Phase 3:
Allowing conception
🔹️At this stage we have ensured your hormone levels are in the optimal range, you have a normal chart and we have proven follicle rupture. At this point, it is normal for conception to take between 1 to 12 cycles.

Pregnancy support:
🔹️Commence progesterone
🔹️Weekly blood tests
🔹️Conduct an early scan
🔹️ Prescribed Hormone support
🔹️Continue to monitor pregnancy

There is a lot more to the puzzle than a positive ovulation (LH) test.

🔹️While it is a positive sign to have a positive ovulation test, it does not confirm ovulation or tell us about the quality of ovulation (if it did occur).

Ovulation tests can be used alongside other biomarkers which are cervical mucus and basal body temperature to give us information on:
🔹️Follicle development
🔹️Approximate day of ovulation
🔹️Corpus luteum formation and function

By using these three biomarkers together, it can help to identify things such as:
🔹️Cycle red flags
🔹️Poor follicle follicle function
🔹️Low progesterone
🔹️and more

How are we different?

Our approach goes beyond egg and s***m. In addition to evaluating these key factors, we carefully assess the conditions needed to support implantation and sustain a healthy pregnancy.

To do this, here's what we do:
🔹️Work with your fertility chart
🔹️Day 3 blood test
🔹️Male factor assessment
🔹️Peak + 7 blood test
🔹️Further testing (if required)

When we uncover any factors that can negatively impact fertility, implantation or pregnancy, we can implement an individualised plan to restore health and fertility to promote the environment for natural conception and a healthy pregnancy.

Cervical mucus is crucial to natural conception.

🔹️Cervical mucus is vital in the regulation of s***m survival and transport through the reproductive tract.

🔹️Cervical mucus accepts, filters, prepares, and releases s***m for successful transport to the egg and fertilisation.

🔹️At NeoFertility, our doctors understand the key role cervical mucus plays in natural conception, therefore tracking your cervical mucus along with other fertility biomarkers is a key part of the plan.

🔹️The ChartNeo app allows you to accurately track your fertility biomarkers, including cervical mucus, this gives real time data about ovarain hormone activity.

Endometriosis and inflammation associated with it can negatively impact egg quality.

🔹️Endometriosis is a common cause of infertility.

🔹️Endometriosis commonly produces symptoms such as:
✔️Painful periods
✔️Constipation or diarrhoea during menstruation
✔️Sharp discomfort with pe*******on during in*******se

🔹️An important consideration is that for many women, endometriosis can be silent with none of the obvious symptoms. The only clue it may be present is infertility or recurrent miscarriage.

🔹️At NeoFertility, we have treatments available to improve symptoms of endometriosis and inflammation to help support egg quality and improve fertility. We may also recommend laparoscopy with a skilled gynaecologist, if necessary.

🔹️Our treatment is a multifactorial approach, and we aim to improve clinical well-being and optimise fertility.

🔹️Another new arrival here with the support of our fantastic doctors, and here is the beautiful feedback:

"I had a beautiful birth centre birth experience and both baby and me are doing really well.

I wanted to take this opportunity to say the most heartfelt thank you for everything, I owe this happy and health baby to you. I was very close to exploring the IVF route before I met you and I am so grateful that you helped me conceive naturally. I felt so supported throughout and even got to know my body a whole lot better through the process.

I have already recommended you to many friends, thank you so much for doing the work that you do."
