20 years ago, this was the biggest mistake I made starting out 😬❌

This 10-minute habit changed my clinic ⏱️

Before the first patient walks in, I sit down, review my day, and check:

✔ Medical histories
✔ Previous photos
✔ Treatment plans

This means no rushing, no guessing and no catching up later!
