Ready to feel good again after all those Easter eggs?

Did your self esteem take a big hit when you couldn't say no?

Are you fed up sqeezing into your jeans day in day out?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above then our upcoming HypnoSlim class may be the answer for you now if you are in the zone of wanting some change to your habits to help you feel good in your own skin again.

Past clients have reported multiple benefits including losing the urge for chocolate, feeling fuller with less food and most importantly finding compassion for themselves again. Eating junk and overeating isn't suppose to make you feel bad, it is a signal that reducing stress and being kind to yourself is necessary to find balance and joy in your life. It is not the problem, in fact it is just a symptom to the problem!

You don't have to take my word for it as anyone nowadays can make these claims. That's why we have welcomed clients reviews especially on google so that you know my work is legit.

I am a hypnotherapist and mother of 2 and understand what life is about at this point and dedicated to helping other women (and men) find a more peaceful and purposeful life where making new habits can feel easier than they could ever have imagined.

Happy Hug Dog Day!!!!

A very appropriate day for me to start posting again!

Just took a few weeks off to literally hug my 2 dogs!!!

Can’t forget the gecko, fish and the tadpoles we are rearing!!! 😦

Things we do for kids!!!

Anyway I’m sure if you’re a dog person you’ve already hugged your dog countless times today and don’t need me to tell you to do it! It’s natural!!!!

However you may need a gentle nudge to remind you to hug yourself!!! These hounds need you to be strong!!! You can’t fill their bowls from an empty cup!!!

Whether you’re a dog person or not we have a new HypnoSlim course starting this Wednesday @ 7:30pm.

It’s not for dogs to lose the urge for junk!

It’s for you!!!

Only if you want to take control of your habits of course!

Send a quick message and I’ll send you the link for a short information video!

Simply comment LINK
and I’ll see you in there!!! ❤️

You Know What to Eat. So Why Can’t You Stop When You’re Not Hungry?

Let me guess. You've read the articles. You've tried the diets. You know that vegetables are good for you and that late night snacking probably isn't helping.

You're not lacking information. You're not lacking intelligence. And you're definitely not lacking willpower!

So why does it feel like there's this invisible force that takes over when you're stressed, tired, lonely or even just bored? Why do you find yourself standing in front of the fridge at 10pm, not even hungry, but reaching for something anyway?

Here's what I want you to know: this isn't a ‘you’ problem. This is a nervous system problem.

So why does it feel like there's this invisible force that takes over when you're stressed, tired, lonely or even just bored? Why do you find yourself

26/01/2026

It's 9:40pm on a Monday.

You're standing in front of the fridge.

You're not hungry. You know you're not hungry.

But you're here anyway.

Here's what's really happening:

Your nervous system has been running on stress all day. Your brain learned a long time ago that food equals calm, safety, comfort.

So right now, your body isn't asking for food. It's asking to feel safe.

This isn't about willpower. This isn't about discipline. This isn't a character flaw.

Your brain is doing exactly what it was trained to do.

The problem? We've been taught to fight this urge. To use willpower. To "be stronger."

But you can't willpower your way out of a nervous system response.

You need to address what's actually happening beneath the surface.

You're not broken. You're not failing.

You just need a different approach.

One that actually understands why you eat when you're not hungry. One that gives your nervous system other ways to feel calm.

Because you deserve to feel free at 9:30pm on a Monday. Not stuck in this cycle.

Comment "MONDAY" if this is exactly where you are right now 👇

If this weekend felt heavier than you expected…
If food became comfort, distraction, or a way to cope then please
pause right here.

Nothing has gone wrong.

Most people don’t eat emotionally because they’re weak.
They do it because they’re tired of holding everything together.
Because they’ve been strong, responsible, kind and capable…for everyone else.

And here’s the part we don’t say often enough:
Being hard on yourself has never created proper change.

Just like worry often peaks before it settles, urges tend to soften when they’re met with understanding, not judgement.

So if today comes with regret, guilt or that familiar “why am I like this?” voice… try a different response.

Curiosity over criticism.

Gentleness over guilt.

Trust over punishment.

You’re not broken.
You’re responding to life.

And awareness, even now, even after the weekend is already a step forward.

You’re not broken.
You’re human.

Sometimes the anticipation is worse than the thing itself…

This was the moment right before Charlie decided my ear might be a good idea 😅
The waiting was far worse than the actual wet w***y. 👅 👂

And it got me thinking about TRUST.

How often we imagine change will be harder, more uncomfortable, more overwhelming than it actually turns out to be.
How we talk ourselves out of things before we even begin.

Charlie trusted I’d be there.
I trusted he wouldn’t go too far.
And in that small moment, connection happened.

Maybe that’s the reminder we all need.
You don’t have to trust the whole journey.
You don’t need certainty or confidence or a perfect plan.

Sometimes it’s simply trusting yourself enough to take the next small step, even if it feels a bit awkward or uncertain at first.

Most things aren’t as bad as the build-up in our heads.
And you’re A LOT more capable than you think.

Happy Saturday 🐾💛

From emotional eating to feeling back in control...this is a real conversation.

A longer conversation, but it’s a real one.

Mag had been battling her weight since her teens.
She’d tried everything.
And like so many high-functioning, capable women, food had become the coping mechanism.

What stands out in this conversation isn’t just the weight she lost, but it’s the moment she realised she no longer needed willpower.

We talk about:
• Emotional eating and self-justification
• Why “discipline” was never the issue
• Portion control without deprivation
• Self-forgiveness and mindset change
• Feeling back in control for the first time

This isn’t hype.
It’s not quick fixes.
It’s what happens when habits change at a deeper level.

If you’ve ever thought
“Why can I manage everything else in my life but not this?”
this conversation will resonate.

That café smoothie = 450 calories
Eggs & avocado toast = 350 calories

The smoothie leaves you starving in 90 mins.
The eggs keep you full until lunch.

It's not about willpower. It's about understanding your subconscious mind.
