Hi all, see one of our final year student projects: Speech and Language Therapy Transitions of Care from the Acute Setting to Community Services in Ireland: Speech and Language Therapists' Reports of their Patients' Experiences.

This survey aims to help fill a gap in the literature regarding transitions of care in SLT services in Ireland. The researchers in this project want to find out what the barriers and facilitators to these transitions of care are.The survey only takes about 4 minutes to complete, so if you are an SLT working in Ireland, we would greatly appreciate you taking time out of your day to fill it out.
