✨ Men’s Club at CareChoice Malahide ✨
Residents recently enjoyed a lovely Men’s Club session creating candle table centrepieces as Christmas gifts for their loved ones. 🕯️🎄 The results were fantastic, and the finished candles are now proudly displayed at our reception desk.
It was a warm and enjoyable morning filled with camaraderie, creativity, and a well-deserved cup of tea. ☕💙

Brookfield Care Centre had a wonderful time last week celebrating with resident and staff Christmas parties. The residents, staff, and families enjoyed a fantastic day with great music, delicious food from our chefs, and tasty ice cream from Freddie’s Ice Creams 🍦

They also had special visits from the Cobh Animation Team, The Grinch, Elf on the Shelf, and Santa himself 🎅🎄

🎄✨ A Festive Outing for CareChoice Malahide Residents ✨🎄
As part of a Community Engagement Program, residents of CareChoice Malahide were invited to enjoy a delicious three-course Christmas meal at Dublin’s Hilton Hotel ✨
Management also hosted a raffle with some amazing prizes, and a few lucky residents and staff were thrilled to be winners on the day. The meal was fantastic, the atmosphere was truly festive, and smiles were shared all around 😊

A heartfelt thank you to the Hilton Hotel staff and management for the warm hospitality, a fabulous meal, and a wonderful time enjoyed by everyone ❤️🍽️🎁

✨ A Magical Night at the Panto! ✨
Last week, the staff and residents of Brookfield Care Centre attended the pantomime Cinderella at The Everyman Theatre in Cork, and what a fantastic night it was! 👠🎭
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the show, with lots of laughter, music, and smiles all around. For some of the residents, it was their very first time ever attending a pantomime, making the evening even more special 💙
It truly was a great night out and a wonderful experience for everyone involved! 🎄

Residents in CareChoice Malahide enjoyed a recent Christmas crafting masterclass with Audrey, a wonderful volunteer. Audrey prepared a variety of festive crafts, from painting Christmas tree ornaments to using decoupage techniques on Christmas baubles and handmade Christmas Gnomes. The residents learned new skills and thoroughly enjoyed the session. They are delighted to welcome Audrey back in the new year for more crafting 🧑‍🎄 🎀 👏

🎅✨ A Magical Visit from Santa at Montenotte ✨🎄
Carechoice Montenotte were thrilled to welcome Santa and his wonderful helpers to the home last week, where they delivered gifts to the staff’s lovely children. We’re happy to report that everyone made it onto the good list 🙂

The festive fun didn’t stop there! Santa later visited the floor, dancing along with some of the residents while live music played. Smiles, laughter, and joyful moments were shared all around, and the residents were delighted to join in the celebrations.

A truly heart-warming day for everyone involved ❤️🎶
