Rhona is an award-winning masseuse - gaining recognition at the Irish Hair & Beauty awards - winning the title of Masseuse of the year 2018.
She has been working in the holistic /beauty field for over 11 years and has gained expert knowledge and experience from working in various spas and beauty salons in Ireland.
Being very passionate about holistic therapy, Rhona feels you can heal your body and mind from the inside out using a mixture off holistic therapies and psychotherapy, having gained plenty of experience from her own personal journey.
Travelling to India on many occasions to train in japa yoga (mantra meditation) and Sivananda yoga which is a combination off breath work, yoga postures and a vegetarian diet, she also teaches yoga and meditation in her home town in Shankill ~Dublin.
Having an passion for massage and energy work Rhona feels that a range of various treatments combined, provides you with a wonderful healing experience.
Rhona designs her award winning healing body work, especially for each client, using a combination off head massage, Swedish massage, hot stone massage, aromatherapy, Japanese acupressure and reiki energy healing depending on what each individual client needs, physically or emotionally. She works on the 7 main energy centers in the body (the chakras) to provide her clients with an over all feeling of well being and balance for their body, mind and soul.
Constantly looking for new ways to treat the body, investing in more training to gain even more techniques for you, Rhona is fascinated by how our body’s work for us, when we treat them right! She loves nothing better than finding out what she can do to work with you to help you restore and heal yours.
