Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class is a little bit different. Celine is a natural teacher.

Our weekly Vinyasa Flow classes are designed to strengthen, tone and make you sweat to the sound of some funky, energetic beats. Our bright, airy studio overlooking Ranelagh High Street is the perfect place to put some verve into your Saturday afternoon. While learning her craft in Melbourne and Bali over the last 3 years, Celine has always been drawn to the more energetic style of Vinyasa Flow (when you meet her you'll understand why!) and likes to incorporate restorative Yin techniques to make sure each class pushes strength, flexibility and well being. In every class, she will encourage her students to improve their practice and master those poses you've been scratching your head over until now. An architect during the week and a marathon runner, Celine knows the benefits Yoga can bring to your day-to-day and is looking forward to sharing this with you at .
