Meet Nicola, a Reformation-trained teacher with over 20 years of experience as a gymnast.

She loves movement in all its forms, and it shows in every class. She’ll challenge you, by building layers into each sequence. Allowing you to explore your range at your own pace and find your edge when you’re ready.

Her classes are dynamic, to keep you engaged, but grounded, with a focus on feeling good in your body.

Meet Melissa.

She came to Pilates through injury rehab 7 years ago. What started as recovery turned into a sharp curiosity about movement, and the fact that no two bodies ever move the same. That’s what led her to train to teach with Reformation.

Her classes are grounded and focused with a killer playlist. She’ll challenge you, but never push past what’s yours. No noise, no rush.

We are so excited to kick off our new Pre Natal Pilates classes tomorrow with physiotherapist Fiona Hiney.

These physio-led sessions focus on functional, safe movement to help you maintain strength, mobility, and ease throughout pregnancy. Expect calm, supportive teaching and an approach grounded in science and care.

Classes run every Friday at 12 pm with a few spaces remaining for tomorrow’s class. Book your spot through MINDBODY.
