Life Balance Life Balance is a small company based in Blackrock, Dublin. We have Reformer Studio and a Matwork St We have 3 studio rooms and a number of treatment rooms.

We have a Reformer studio with 6 Reformers and 2 Matwork Studio. We offer Matwork Pilates at various levels, Rehabilitation Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Neuromuscular Physical Therapy, Holistic Massage and Reflexology.
