✨ How to Mind Your Mental Health at Christmas ✨ The holiday season can be magical — but it can also be overwhelming. Extra demands, changes in routine and busy schedules can take a toll on our wellbeing.
Here are some gentle reminders to help you look after yourself this Christmas:

🎄 Plan & Prioritise- Make lists to stay organised and carve out time for what truly matters (including YOU).

🗓️ Plan in Advance- Decide which events you’ll attend, how long you’ll stay and communicate your boundaries with others.

🧘Practice Mindfulness- Start or end your day with 5 minutes of calm — breathe, reflect, or note something you’re grateful for.

⏰ Stick to a Routine- Try to wake and sleep around the same time to support your energy and mood.

💛 Check on Loved Ones- Reach out to friends or family — and remember to check in with yourself too.

🌿 Prioritise Self-Care- Even 10–15 minutes a day can help you recharge.

Be kind to yourself this Christmas. Small steps can make a big difference. 💙✨
