We are looking for a part-time Admin Assistant/Receptionist for 15–20 hours per week.
The working hours will be evening shifts: 5pm–8.30pm, Monday to Thursday, with the occasional Saturday.
Job Duties
- Customer relations: Welcoming clients in person or over the phone, answering or referring enquiries.
- Client engagement: Getting to know our clients by name and creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Booking management: Using our online booking system (Mindbody) to manage client accounts, classes, and appointments.
- Centre upkeep: Keeping the centre clean, tidy, and well stocked.
- Customer sales: Engaging in face-to-face and phone/email sales and marketing.
- Content creation: Producing content on site.
- Studio maintenance: Moving props in and out of studios and performing occasional light lifting.
- Hospitality: Preparing and clearing up beverages and snacks.
- Administrative support: Assisting other team members with general administrative duties.
We are looking for candidates with:
Great customer service and reception experience, sales experience, strong verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive, and experience in a customer-focused environment. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy work setting are essential.
Applicants must have fluent English, good written communication skills, and an excellent phone manner.
Content creation skills are also required.
Someone who loves yoga as much as we do would be ideal!
