Even after all these years I still get emotional when a client gets the life transforming results they want.
Judith is in full menopause and in the 2 years since that she hadn’t had a full night sleep.

So when I asked her, as I do with every new client, what do you want most from our time together?
Her answer was “I just want to sleep, I just want to sleep!”

Her not being able to sleep properly was deeply impacting her daily, how she felt at work and most importantly how she felt about herself.

The joy I felt for her receiving a text message a few days after our second session telling me she had slept for 8 hours each night and that she was feeling so energetic…it’s just priceless!
It’s just a privilege to be part of another person’s journey be it through acupuncture or coaching

How amazing to receive a text like this from an acupuncture client.

This woman has been having sleep issues for the last 2 years, since fully entering menopause. It was right when her bleed stopped that the sleep issues started!

Celebrating her and her body moving back into harmony.

Sometimes the smallest adjustments can creat huge impact!

It was pointed out to me earlier that the booking link for my in-person workshop was Sunday wasn't working!!!

Talk about trying to block my own power 🤣

It is now up and running as intended!!!

We will be diving into a conversation of how your power was not blocked by beliefs and conditioning, but by you as the powerful Soul you are realising it was 'safer' to freeze the flow of it and so that gave space and nourishment for the limitations and beliefs to take root.

You can be a seasoned coach and still hold yourself back from bringing your soul-led offer to life.

I had a call earlier with a client who’s walking ‘The Path’ with me.

She’s an experienced coach who has been in business for years, with a new and powerful mission and vision to expand her reach, make a greater impact, that benefits her clients and collaborators. It’s big!

Yet, she found herself stuck. She was caught up in the small details, trying to ‘resolve’ pieces of her identity, waiting for full clarity, and trying to figure it all out.
She believed she was making progress, taking relevant action, yet couldn’t understand why things weren’t moving forward. She was trying to get a mountain-top view, not realising she needed to focus on camp 4 of the mountain first. 😚

We’re on week 2 of The Path, my 1:1 journey for coaches and service providers with soul-led offers and great missions that they’re ready to bring to life but who are held back by self-doubt, a lack of confidence, and trust in their ability to truly move forward.

This is the point of the journey where we focus on the next leap - the tangible next step she’s going to take to serve her bigger vision while intentionally engaging her future self and embodying more of her true, authentic self.

Because let’s be real, it’s easy to get lost in a grand vision for your business. It’s comfortable for the ego to fixate on the big picture (because that’s miles away!), but the real challenge comes in choosing something within reach and committing to it within the next 2 months!

Today, we honed in.
She allowed herself to sit with her future self, chose her next leap and then face the discomfort. She created a stretch that’s both manageable and expansive. A stretch that commands her to grow and evolve.

Here’s the thing: I’m not helping her develop her offer or business strategy.

These last 5 days with have been absolutely epic. Thank you amazing woman ❤️
Tonight the Great Leap ended and we planted our seeds of creation for the next 4 years.

Over these days there have been tears, laughter, deep insights, letting go’s, calling in’s.
And there has been leaping! Leaping into more of who I am, leaping into the Great Unknown.

Leaping into decisions that will shape my future, that will shape me as the woman I am becoming.

Melanie’s way of story telling, of explaining perceived limitations, of creating the space to see and feel future desires and dreams as inevitable is like no other.

The energetic pathways that she has laid down, that we get to traverse…should we choose to will lead us to magic!
And yet we do it our way, our own unique way of moving through the world.

Before joining the Great Leap, I had in the last while made some moves, I had lept in ways that didn’t feel comfortable.
The moves were unexpected and yet incredibly necessary to bring energy and new life into my life.

Because of my moves and from being part of the Great Leap…I took another leap this week and I get to be part of Melanie’s flag ship course Femme Fatale! 🥳
Even last weekend I couldn’t have imagined I’d make that move…and yet here we go!

When life isn’t going as we would like, when underneath it all we are feeling demoralised, disappointed with ourselves and our outcomes, when we feel like we are not winning…

…we must find our way to a move! To make a move for who we are becoming, for who we want to be! For our mission in this world!
Because we can never truly know what that move will lead us to.

I am so excited to this next part of my journey into Femme Fatale, to join the other women in there…and discover the next level of Me that I get be, the next level of Woman that I get to embody.
For me, for you, for us!

What will these next 4 years be like? I cannot wait to find out!
And I am so excited to read back this memory post in 4 years time as the woman who is so proud of now me that made her moves 🔥
