If you’ve ever walked into a clinic thinking, “I know I want to do something, I just don’t know what”, you’re exactly who The Glow Code is for.

Most people don’t need more treatments, they need clarity. A way to make sense of what they’re seeing in the mirror, what’s actually changing, and what will genuinely help without turning into a never-ending list of appointments.

The Glow Code is how we bring structure to that. It’s the framework we use to step back, look at the full picture, and build a plan that’s thoughtful, personalised, and designed to age well 👉🏼

If you’d like to chat about your skin and create your Glow Code plan, send us a DM or book a consultation via the link in bio - we'd love to welcome you 💭

Menopause changes the skin far more than most people expect.

As hormones shift, collagen production drops, the skin becomes thinner and drier, and many women suddenly notice new concerns appearing all at once. Things like increased pigmentation, redness, loss of elasticity, and a general dullness to the skin can all become more noticeable during this stage of life.

The key to managing menopausal skin isn’t chasing quick fixes. It’s choosing treatments that support the skin in the ways it now needs most. That usually means focusing on rebuilding collagen, restoring hydration, and addressing the pigment and inflammation that often increase as hormones fluctuate.

When the right treatments are layered together, the difference can be significant. Skin becomes stronger, brighter, and more resilient, and the face looks more rested and supported overall.

There are a few treatments I reach for again and again when treating menopausal skin because they consistently deliver results 👆🏼

If you’ve noticed your skin changing during perimenopause or menopause and you’re not sure where to start, book a consultation and we can build a plan that supports your skin through this stage. 💌

If you’re getting married this year, the best thing you can do for your skin is start planning early.

One of the biggest mistakes I see brides make is leaving everything until the last few weeks and hoping for a miracle glow. Great wedding skin rarely happens overnight. It’s usually the result of a few simple things done consistently in the months leading up to the big day.

That means having a skincare routine you trust, supporting your skin with treatments that improve tone and texture, and giving enough time for everything to settle beautifully before the wedding.

Clear, healthy skin makes a huge difference to how makeup sits and photographs, and it allows your natural glow to come through rather than relying on heavy coverage.

The key is timing and a thoughtful plan. A few well-chosen treatments spaced out over the months before your wedding will always give better results than trying something new at the last minute.

If you’re a bride-to-be and want your skin to look calm, radiant and fresh on the day, book a consultation via the link in bio and we can create a timeline that gets your skin exactly where you want it before you walk down the aisle 💌

If you’ve been curious about injectables but keep stopping yourself because you don’t want to look obvious, frozen, or like a different person, you’re in the right place.
Most people don’t want to “turn back the clock”. They just want to recognise themselves again. To look a bit more rested, a bit brighter, like their face has the same energy they feel inside. That’s exactly how injectables should work when they’re done properly.
Swipe to discover the different types of injectables, what they’re actually for, and how we use them in a way that supports your face rather than changing it 👉🏼
If you’re wondering which, if any, make sense for you right now, book a consultation via the link in bio. We’ll assess your face properly and build a plan that feels natural, thoughtful, and very much like you 💌

We’re delighted to have been featured in discussing one of the newest ingredients gaining attention in skincare right now, spicules.

Over the past few years, we’ve seen a real shift towards regenerative ingredients and treatments that focus on how the skin actually behaves. Exosomes, PDRN, and collagen-stimulating treatments have all become part of that conversation. Now spicules are starting to appear across skincare, often described as “microneedling in a bottle”.

Spicules are microscopic, needle-shaped particles derived from marine sponges. When applied to the skin, they create tiny temporary microchannels within the superficial layers of the epidermis. This creates a controlled stimulus that can encourage exfoliation, support cellular renewal, and allow active ingredients to pe*****te more effectively.

It’s an interesting concept and a good example of how skincare innovation continues to evolve. But it’s also important to keep perspective. While ingredients like this may mimic some surface-level effects of treatments such as microneedling, they don’t replace the depth, precision, or collagen stimulation that clinical treatments can achieve.

Being able to contribute to conversations like this is something we really value. Education is at the heart of what we do, and helping people understand what different treatments and ingredients can realistically achieve is incredibly important.

Because when it comes to skin, the best results usually come from combining good skincare with evidence led treatments that work at the right level of the skin.

The sound of skin transformation💥

MOXI works by creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin that trigger repair and renewal from within. This process stimulates collagen, improves texture and tone, and helps address early signs of ageing and sun damage at a cellular level.

MOXI is brilliant for softening fine lines, refining pores and pigmentation, and giving the skin a smoother, fresher look without significant downtime. It is a quick treatment, minimally invasive, and suitable for all skin types when performed properly.

What it treats:

✨️ Uneven skin tone and pigmentation
✨️ Early fine lines and textural changes
✨️ Sun damage and dullness
✨️ Enlarged pores
✨️ Loss of skin clarity and radiance

Why it stands out:

✨️ Non-ablative fractional laser that works beneath the surface without damaging the skin barrier
✨️ Stimulates collagen and elastin for long-term skin strengthening
✨️ Safe for all skin types and tones
✨️ Minimal downtime with most people back to normal within 24 to 48 hours
✨️ Can be used preventatively or to correct early signs of ageing
✨️ Excellent option for maintenance between more intensive treatments

It might sound dramatic, but what you are hearing is the sound of skin being encouraged to behave younger, stronger, and healthier over time.

If you’re looking for a subtle but meaningful skin reset, this is a really powerful place to start ⚡️

If you’re on a weight loss journey, first of all, well done. It takes real consistency. And if you’ve started noticing your skin feels a bit different lately, that’s a really common part of the process.

Weight can change more quickly than skin can adjust, so it’s normal to feel like things are a little softer or less firm for a while. The good news is there’s a lot you can do to support your skin along the way, and it doesn’t have to be extreme.

Let's walk through what’s normal, what genuinely helps, and which in-clinic options can support firmness in a natural, sensible way 👉🏼

Want a plan tailored to you? Come and see us in clinic where we'll be happy to help you make sense of the options together. Book a consultation via the link in bio, or send us a message if you have any questions 💌

Pigmentation is one of the most common concerns I see in clinic, but the biggest mistake people make is assuming it’s all the same.

Not all pigmentation behaves the same way, which means the treatment has to match the cause. Sun-related pigmentation, for example, responds beautifully to targeted laser treatments that help break up excess pigment and restore a clearer, more even skin tone. For many people, just a couple of well-chosen sessions can make a visible difference.

Hormonal pigmentation like melasma is a completely different story. That type of pigment sits deeper in the skin and is much more sensitive to triggers, which means the focus has to shift towards consistent medical-grade skincare and long-term management rather than quick fixes.

This is why a proper consultation matters. When you understand what type of pigmentation you’re dealing with, you can treat it far more effectively and avoid wasting time on treatments that aren’t suited to your skin.

If pigmentation is something you’re struggling with, message with any questions or tap the link in bio to book a consultation, and we’ll build a treatment plan that’s right for your skin 💌

Skin boosters aren’t one big interchangeable category. They all sit in the “skin quality” space, yes, but they behave differently and they suit different problems. Choosing the wrong one won’t be a disaster, but it can be an expensive way to feel underwhelmed.

So this is us making it simple.

We're breaking down the boosters we use most in clinic - what each one is actually good for, who tends to love it, and how to choose based on what your skin is doing right now (not what’s trending this week) 👉🏼

And if you want someone to look at your skin properly and tell you what’s worth it for you, book a consultation via the link in bio. We’ll assess, talk it through, and pick the option that makes sense for your face, your skin, and your goals 💭

If you gave me a €500 skin budget tomorrow, I wouldn’t spend it chasing trends or trying to do everything at once. I’d start with clarity.

A proper consultation to understand what my skin actually needs now and what it’s going to need in the years ahead. That’s what stops you from wasting money on things that sound good but don’t move the needle. A clear plan means your home skincare works harder, and any in-clinic treatment actually makes sense long-term.

From there, I’d put my money into collagen support rather than quick fixes. Treatments that encourage your skin to do the work itself are the smartest investment as we get into our forties and beyond. They improve texture, tone, and resilience, and they keep your skin behaving better for longer.

When you build skin health this way, results stack quietly over time. You don’t look done, you just look consistently better.

If you’re trying to be sensible with your skin budget and want to know what would genuinely be worth it for you, message with any questions or tap the link in bio to book a consultation 💌
