I am a qualified Physical Therapist with a degree from the Institute of Physical Therapy and Applied Science (IPTAS) and I am also certified in Massage, Dry Needing and First Aid. I offer holistic and patient centered therapy which focuses on hands-on treatment of the body's joints and soft tissues - muscles, tendons, ligaments nerves and fascia. I use a variety of techniques including movement, massage, myofascial techniques, positional release, joint mobilisations, dry needling and rehabilitation exercies to treat your condition and restore you to your optimum physical health. Price List:
- First appointment (60 - 75 mins) €60
- Subsequent appointments (45 - 60 mins) €60
- Full Body Massage (Deep Tissue/ Sports/ Relaxing) (60 mins) €60
- Half Body Massage (Deep Tissue/ Sports/ Relaxing) (30 mins) €40
- Club rates available on request
- Home visits also available, price available on request

A great start yesterday for Cycling Ireland here at the UEC Track Elite European Championships in Konya, Turkey.
Matti Dobbins ☘️ finished 14th in the Men’s Elimination.
Erin Creighton☘️Fiona Mangan☘️Aoife O’Brien☘️& Esther Wong☘️ qualified 7th out of 10 to progress to Round 1 of the Women’s Team Pursuit today where they will race against the Netherlands.
And Emma Jeffers ☘️ finished 10th in the Women’s Scratch race.
An excellent Day !!!

Finally it’s competition time!!! Today is the first day of competition at the UEC Track Elite European Championships in Konya, Turkey 🇹🇷
Up first for Cycling Ireland is Matti Dobbins ☘️ in the Men’s Elimination qualifiers, then it’s the turn of the Women’s Team Pursuit with Erin Creighton☘️Fiona Mangan☘️Aoife O’Brien☘️ and Esther Wong☘️ riding in the qualification round… top 8 teams from 10 go through to Round 1 tomorrow.
They are then followed this evening by Emma Jeffers ☘️ in the Women’s Scratch race. A full but exciting Day 1!!!
