I’m still eating Christmas cake

Imbolc is when we notice the light

The brightening of the days is my favourite time - to my coaching

Because we triangulate
the energy of your body (possibly manifesting as symptoms - or even just some constriction)
the energy of the earth - Imbolc is ALL about new beginnings and
the power of intention, guidance, directionality

(I got a lovely email last week from a client “your coaching is transformational”

nice to hear - but it’s coz peri+ menopause IS a time of transformation

We’re just working with energy that’s already on the move anyway

We just point it in the direction that means you can transform what the body is presenting & actually ENJOY the ride!

Spending the weekend in the magical Beara peninsula in a gathering dedicated to An Chailleach. The wise woman.

It’s my belief that the turbulence of perimenopause and menopause is a deeply embodied initiation into the wisdom of the Chailleach. Tho suppressed… shes found all over the world. And is a complete badass.

Caught an early morning swim in the clearest freshest water.

Going for the denim on denim.
Needs all my super powers after today. Today was a hard day. Hair appointment is always good times but I forgot I always visit my dad after. So I balled. And they minded me so well at as always. Always a full emotional service in there 🥰

Then across to for my fav shopping experience. Got my new denim wide legs, with top from oxfam Dún Laoghaire and jacket models own (aka found in house with stickers in pocket I think it’s…somebody’s child’s?). And now on the E2 off to hang with my ‘we lived in Brussels’ girlfriends which is the joy of joys. Tears will be laughing at and with. Hope all the hearts out there are being minded. X

Great to be back at
In the
Am here with yogandha all weekend and doing some workshops today and tomorrow on
Everyone is seeking transformation (and sure what else would you be doing)
And this is the MOST transformative time in a woman’s life!
There’s a reason for the estrogen drop!
Women’s body’s are wayyy smarter than we give them credit for!

If this happened to men they’d call it what it is. Self actualization.
