There is a specific kind of magic that happens when we step off the pavement and onto the soil. 🌿

Today, I am was reflecting on our recent adventures through the camera lens, and I’m struck by the sheer generosity of this Earth. She feeds us, grounds us, and holds every step we take without ever asking for anything but respect in return.

To live here is a gift. To explore these mountains, forests, and tides is a sacred conversation. I am so deeply honored to draw my energy, my breath, and my peace from this beautiful planet. 🌎✨

While meditating on a beach recently, the wind carried a single truth to me that I want to share: Love always wins.

When we move with love for the land, love for each other, and love for ourselves, we align with the natural rhythm of the world. Let’s do more of that!

I love the quote in the first picture but backwards of course, ending up with:

Presence kills Hurry
Peace kills Worry
Faith kills Doubt
Love kills Ego.

Amidst a lot of hurry, worry and doubt in recent weeks, my daughters and I found real refuge in the simple things this weekend…
a walk in nature, time spent really present with animals, getting lost in time making jewlery and crocheting and connecting to each other with real beautiful acts of love.

Sometimes the smallest things can make a big shift for our nervous systems but also in how we perceive the world. Hope you found some glimmers of presence, peace and love in your weekend too! ❤️✨

So much gratitude to , Matt and for holding such a beautiful space tonight. I had the best time reconnecting with myself and letting my body move and express freely. The atmosphere that Matt and Gita created was pure magic — safe, open, and full of heart. Feeling grounded, open, and so alive.

Tonight’s “I AM” wellness session with Foroige Dunboyne Youth Club was a reminder of how important it is for young people to have space to just be- be still, be mindful, be their authentic selves.

Through meditation,somatic moment, creative expression, and sound, we connected to our loving awareness- the I Am underneath all the messiness of daily life. Thanks to each one of you for your gorgeous energy, honesty, and beautiful presence you all brought to the room tonight.

When young people are given tools to connect with themselves, amazing things happen ✨

Grateful to be part of spaces that support youth wellbeing in such a meaningful way 💛

✨ Simplicity of the Present Moment ✨

Earlier this week, I had the joy of guiding the wonderful team at through a gentle journey of movement, meditation and sound — an invitation to slow down, relax, and reconnect with stillness of the present moment.

Through mindful breath, soft somatic movement, guided meditation and soothing sound healing vibrations, we explored the beautiful art of being present — even for just a moment. 🌱🕊️

A heartfelt thank you to the staff of Dunboyne Castle for allowing me to hold space for you. It was such a pleasure to share this experience and support your wellbeing. 🤍

May the calm you found, continue to ripple into every part of your world.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with some amazing teenagers from Foroige Dunboyne youth club last night.

We moved and meditated, and through it we got to connect and witness each other express beautiful emotions and have some fun along the way! I have never worked with a more beautiful bunch of teens! Feeling incredibly blessed! 🌟🥰

Also, a massive thank you to for allowing us to use your beautiful tranquil space! 🙏❤️

My daughter asked today what my favourite song was. I don’t have one! It really depends on my mood. But no matter what tune I play, I love the feeling of moving my body to music (especially when no one is watching).

Free movement is healing for the mind and the body. Not only does it burn a few calories but it also reduces stress and improves your mood instantly. It’s also great for cognitive function (a super movement break if you’re working from home!).

Do it alone, or better yet, do it with your kids. Some of my favourite memories are dancing around in the kitchen with my little one’s dressed in their princess dresses 🥰

Gratitude should be our default state of being. Instead we often find ourselves focusing on burdens, troubles and worries in our lives. The media, news and culture only reinforces these negative habits.

But if we make a conscious effort to not only think but also speak of all the blessings we have - the clean air we breathe, the breath we can freely take, the lovely cuppa we just had, the stunning bf trees and nature around us, our car, the roof over our head, the ability to dress as we want, talk freely and just be present in the way we are… if we focus our attention, our energy on those many privileges and blessings we have, the small ones we take for granted (ones someone else may only dream of!)… then our energy will start to flow in that direction and that positive flow state will become our reality, our daily bread.

It’s not easy but it genuinely works! Try it for a week and let me know how you feel in yourself!
