Earlier this week, I had the joy of guiding the wonderful team at through a gentle journey of movement, meditation and sound — an invitation to slow down, relax, and reconnect with stillness of the present moment.
Through mindful breath, soft somatic movement, guided meditation and soothing sound healing vibrations, we explored the beautiful art of being present — even for just a moment. 🌱🕊️
