Hello! πŸ‘‹

My name is Anna, I'm qualified Psychologist specialising in Nutritional Psychology and using Health At Every Size approach in my practice. I am originally from Poland and work in both, Polish and English.

Sessions with me may be suitable for you:
* If you can't stop obsessing about the food
* If you fight your appetite
* If you turn to food every time you feel uncomfortable, sad or lonely
* If you lost weight and gain it back multiple times
* If you punish your body with forced exercise
* If you hate your body
* If you feel like your relationship with food and body is holding you back from living life you were meant to lead

I provide individual therapy for adults 18+ in Dublin and Dundalk, Ireland. For safety of everyone, I am only providing online video therapy right now.

I use blend of:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Motivational Interviewing
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Intuitive Eating

I do not provide child, couples, or family therapy.
