Elizabeth Stewart (née Chapman), Mount Avenue, Dundalk, passed away peacefully on 3rd April 2026, while in the tender and devoted care of the staff at Carlingford Nursing Home, surrounded by the love and support of her family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Douglas (Doug). Cherished mother of Michael and Stephen, much-loved grandmother to Andrea, Conor and Aishling and sister of Eva and late Doris

She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by her heartbroken sons, sister, daughters-in-law Mercedes and Karen, grandchildren, extended family, neighbours and many friends whose lives were enriched by her kindness, warmth and gentle presence.

Fergal Quinn, 1 Greenan Court, Greenan Road, Newry, formerly of Kilcurry, Dundalk, passed away suddenly on 1st April 2026, at his home. Beloved son of Lorraine and Jason, dear brother of Katriona (Dave McLoughlin) and Olivia (Steven Dennehy) and grandson of Eugene and Theresa Bishop, Kathleen and the late Nobert Quinn.

He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his heartbroken parents, sisters, grandparents, nieces and nephews EmilyRose, Evelyn, Daryll and Kieran, aunts, uncles, extended family, neighbours and many friends whose lives were enriched by his kindness, warmth and gentle presence.

Sean son of the late Alice and Paddy, beloved partner and best friend of Marie Griffin, dear father of Aishling (Niall) and Karen (Fergus), loving grandad of Ryan, Leah, Darcy and Ben, brother of the late Dominic and Jennifer, and Marie’s children Conor (Geraldine) Fionnuala (Chris) and Barry (Vicky) and their children.

He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his heartbroken partner, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law, Aishling and Karen’s mother Marie, extended family, neighbours and many friends whose lives were enriched by his kindness, warmth and gentle presence.

Beloved husband of Siobhán, cherished father of Kerri and Karli, adored pops of Lúa and Laina. Son of Tommy and the late Dympna (née English). Brother of Annmarie, Rosemary, Fiona and the late Glen, Lisa and Brian.
He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his wife, daughters, grandchildren, father, sisters, extended family, Kerri’s partner Aaron, his devoted dog Roxie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, neighbours and many friends whose lives were enriched by his kindness, warmth, sense of humour and gentle presence.

Brian Campbell

Brian Campbell, Haliday Mill, Quay Street, Dundalk and Gort na Glaise, Blackrock, passed away suddenly on 28th February, 2026. Brian will be forever loved and deeply missed by his heartbroken parents Sean and Margaret (née Coleman), brother Eamon, sister Laura, nephews Ryan and Lee, his extended family, uncles, aunts, cousins, neighbours and a wide circle of friends whose lives were brightened by his kindness, generosity and gentle spirit.
Brian’s sudden passing has left a void that can never be filled. He will be fondly remembered for his warm smile, his loyal friendship and the quiet strength he brought to all who knew him.
