At Carrickdale Leisure Centre, we ensure that every member feels comfortable and has the knowledge to participate. We are happy to offer every new member a complimentary fitness program. This is an invaluable opportunity to get advice from an expert, plus learn the correct way to use each piece of equipment. This session is tailored to meet the needs of each individual. Our Swimming Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature while the poolside Jacuzzi or Canadian outdoor hot tub is the perfect way to unwind after a stressful day. All guests are required to wear a swim hat in the pool and can be purchased from leisure reception for €2.00

The therapeutic and stimulating gentle massaging bubbles create the effect of weightlessness for perfect relaxation. We offer our Guests and Members the very latest in Health and Fitness with friendly and professional guidance. For added motivation we offer a range of classes including Spinning, Fitball, Boxercise, Push & Lift, Boot camp, and Toning classes, ensuring that you attain, and retain your targeted results. The club is child-friendly with a 17m pool with a separate paddling pool with a slide. We have family changing rooms, a children's outdoor play area, 9 hole Mini Golf, All-Weather Floodlit Football Pitch, Tennis, Basketball Courts, and a Garden Maze. Tennis balls & rackets are available on loan at complex reception. All guests are required to wear a swim hat in the pool and can be purchased from leisure reception for €2.00

Please Note:

- All guests and members must vacate the pool and gymnasium areas 15 minutes before closing time.

- Swimming Lessons operate during term time for children every Saturday from 12.30pm – 3.30pm and therefore the pool is unavailable during swimming lessons times (January /March / May - June / September - November)

The Carrickdale's All-Weather 3G Floodlit Pitch is 45m x 35m. Our Basketball /Tennis courts & 3G Pitch are free for residents (subject to availability)
