~ Mesotherapy and Skin Boosters ~

Microneedling used in conjunction with a skin boosting product containing ingredients such as Hyaluronic acid, peptides and vitamins which also have positive effects for the health and appearance of skin, results in a powerful natural treatment for all aesthetic skin concerns while avoiding toxins and invasive treatments which may only temporarily mask your concerns. Using these products along side Microneedling allows for the product to enter through the punctures and penetrate the skin resulting in the Mesotherapy effect without the need for invasive injections.

Downtime, recommendations and contraindications -

The treatment itself takes aprox. 30mins. The skin will be cleansed and prepped beforehand then toned, moisturised and protected with SPF afterwards.
Microneedling is most commonly used on the face, neck and décolletage but may be used on any area of skin upon request pending thorough consultation.
A course of 4 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended in most cases but we can have a chat about your individual needs upon consultation.
There will be initial reddening of the skin which may last anywhere from a few hours to several days but downtime is minimal. Each skin type may react differently. From my own experience, the skin may feel slightly sunburned initially then tight and dry for 24-48hrs before looking and feeling fresh glowing and hydrated.
Positive results may be seen within the first week but the optimal effects will continue to unfold for up to 4 weeks as the skin heals and the production of collagen increases.

No excessive sweating, saunas, exfoliants or makeup for 48hrs.
No retinols or AHA/BHA peeling products for 2 weeks.
This treatment is not suitable for anyone with active severe acne, open wounds, active psoriasis or eczema on the areas treated.
