So…we jumped from week 5 to week 8, as 6&7 were way to complicated and life is complicated enough!😄🙄
Week 8 seems nice, and maybe we should do more of this at times when we feel stressed out!
Try to catch yourself with negative thinking, replacing these thoughts with a positive energy, boost that positive energy with some music you love… this can activate your brain to be more productive and create feelings of peace within ourselves!!
If you have enough energy why not try a few moves to the music either sitting or standing 🎶 🎻🪘🎺🪕🥁feel the beat, feel the rhythm! 🎶 💕⭐️
