Yoga was a rarity in Ireland back in the 1990s and though Eoin Duffy enjoyed the bits of yoga passed onto him as a child, it wasn't until the stresses of university study alongside work that he fully appreciated the fit of yoga and turned to a personal practice.
Lakshana Kannan took a leap of faith during her university studies and decided to dedicate her life to those with mental illness, after having a close family member fall into depression. Her wellness journey led her to reconnect with her soul.
