This Christmas, we wanted to do something a little more meaningful than a standard festive message.

These beautiful cards were hand-drawn by the children of our colleagues — many of whom are also patients in Centric Health practices across the country. We invited them to design Christmas cards, and every single entry was printed. This year, each of our practices will receive one of these designs to share the season with their community.

It’s a small reminder of something we believe deeply- our community is at the heart of everything we do. Thank you to the talented young artists who filled our clinics with colour, imagination, and Christmas cheer, and to our teams who make Centric Health what it is every day.

The event brought together innovative thinkers, clinical leaders, and digital health experts, all aligned in one message: primary care is evolving, and we have a shared responsibility to shape it with purpose.

Breast Cancer Awareness Day 💗 Early detection can save lives. Take a few minutes today to check your breasts; it could make all the difference.

Here’s how to perform a quick self-exam:
1️⃣ Look at your breasts in the mirror with your shoulders straight and your arms on your hips.
2️⃣ Raise your arms and look for any changes in shape, colour, or swelling.
3️⃣ Feel your breasts while lying down — use a circular motion to check the entire breast, from the collarbone to the top of your abdomen.
4️⃣ Repeat while standing or in the shower.

If you notice anything unusual, like a lump, a change in shape, or persistent pain, book an appointment with your GP today.

A distinguished line-up of speakers — including international experts, clinical leaders, and the Minister for Health, Jennifer Carroll MacNeill TD. - delivered speeches that highlighted the central role of patients in our work and the continued development of primary care in Ireland.
