Professional and highly skilled therapist providing massage & reflexology treatments and Bowen Therapy. I have attended training in Ireland, London, Florida, Miami & Thailand. I have worked in numerous Spas and was part of the Celebrity Solstice Cruise Ship 6* Aqua Spa. I have provided recovery massage services for Finn Harps and I worked as part of the Donegal Mens Senior GAA medical team '14, '15' 16, St. Most importantly I love what I do.....

Just to let you know i will be back open tomorrow Sunday, 28th of December , Monday evening 29th and Wednesday 31st of December.

I will be closed then until mid January.

This is the perfect time to start the year relaxed and refreshed.
