Lets talk about corns.
Corns are those little hard bumps that like to make a home on your toes or the soles of your feet. Usually where there's pressure or friction from shoes.
They can feel like you're walking on a pebble, and no, sadly ignoring them doesn't make the go away :/
When I treat corns, I use and electric file to smooth away the thickened skin and break down the corn. This is a non invasive treatment to make your feet feel more comfortable again.
Corns are notoriously difficult to get rid of permanently and may require a large area to be to cut out by a doctor or a chiropodist. But for many people, regular foot care and the right shoes make the world of a difference.
So if your toes are complaining or your shoes are suddenly feeling 'too small,' it might just be a little corn calling for attention.

The Difference Between Nail Psoriasis and Nail Fungus
Nail psoriasis and nail fungus have a lot of similarities, but one is the result of any infection, the other is inflammatory.
Psoriasis is a skin disorder in which your immune system overreacts, causing inflammation in your skin cells and forming scaly or red patches called plaques.
Sometimes, these plaques can be itchy or painful. You can also develop psoriatic arthritis, which causes joint pain and swelling.
Fungal inflections are different. They're curable infections that occur when a bunch of fungi coome into contact with your sking and get in between your nail and nail bed.
These infections spread quickly and can be contagious. Often you tend to pick them up in warmer, moist climates. Walking barefoot in wed, high traffic areas like locker rooms, pools etc
