I'm deligted to be teaming up with Karla from House of Yoga this coming August 9th on Clonea beach. It has been 5 years since we have run a class together. And in that 5 years we have both grown, learned and transformed through our work, and we look forward to sharing this knowledge and insights .

Karla not only brings an element of fun to her breathe with the beat yoga class, she guides us into a deep awareness of self. I will weave the elements of sound and bring the calm and introspection.

This session is just a taster session as we will be bringing these dynamic workshops around the country in the autumn and winter months.
