So the room got a little makeover to celebrate re-opening and I’m buzzing to be back in action 🎉

There will be midweek appointments available Tuesdays and Wednesdays and evening/weekend appointments alternating over a 3 week cycle so I should be able to accommodate people’s varied work schedules 😃

I’ve also simplified the price list to
€40 per 1 hr treatment
€35 to those who avail of our group discount scheme
€60 Full Body Deep Tissue Sports Massage 1 1/2 hr treatment

All treatments vary based on preference/need/issue but can include
Neuromuscular Physical Therapy
Deep Tissue Sports Massage
Dry Needling
Cranial Therapy
Orthopaedic Massage
Relaxing Swedish Massage

Each treatment is tailored to suit the individual to ensure we get the best outcome possible

Delighted to announce I’m now taking bookings from Tuesday August 24th 🎉🎉🎉

With the new addition 👶🏻 my hours will be a bit more limited than before but I’ve organised the timetable so that regardless of your own working hours it should be possible to accommodate you

So there will be appointments available all day Tuesdays and Wednesdays every week and alternating over a three week cycle will be evening appointments on a Thursday/Friday or a Saturday morning

Busy giving the room a little facelift in anticipation of our return will give you a sneaky peek 👀 when it’s all done

Hey guys
Unfortunately due to the latest restrictions we have to close our door again for a few weeks as of Wednesday evening 😞
I’m hoping over the next week or two our governing body will be able to get the Government to recognise our Pain Mamagement services as essential and that we may be able to take cases on an emergency basis but in the meantime we’ll have to wait and see.
I hate leaving people stuck and I’ll miss working with you all but I will be compiling a waiting list for when we re-open and as always am available for any queries you have so don’t hesitate to contact me

Thankfully I am in the very fortunate position today to be still able to open my door to you. I am also acutely aware this morning that lots of businesses despite their time, effort and investment in being compliant aren’t so lucky my heart goes out to them and for their sake and their employees I’m hoping these new measure are adopted, followed and work so that they can get back to business soon 🙏🏻

I must say since I re-opened all my customers have been very supportive, respectful and responsible so going forward I just ask them to keep doing the same the main points being:

*Hand Washing/sanitising
*Face coverings
*Do not attend the clinic if you or a member of your household has had a close contact or are feeling unwell

And I will continue to take every precaution to keep you safe during your visit 🤗
We’re all beyond fed up of it at this stage but it’s important we all continue to look after each other ❤️

Great weekend upskilling 📚 🤓
Fantastic Dry Needling course also incorporating some Electro-Acupuncture 🙌🏻
This has massive therapeutic benefits for treating Trigger Points and Scar Tissue and also improves circulation, reduces inflammation and aids recovery from Soft Tissue Injuries and is invaluable in the treatment of Chronic Pain so as you can imagine it’s a great tool to have in the clinic and I’m very excited to introduce it 😃
