LOWER BACK PAIN? Tightness of the psoas muscle can result in lower back pain by compressing the lumbar discs, resulting in postural problems. Through repetitive activity or sitting for long periods of time, constant contraction of the psoas muscle limits range of movement in the hip joints and puts pressure on the surrounding hip flexors causing an imbalance in the pelvis.
This can be quickly and effectively resolved through soft tissue release and dry needling.

I am delighted to add the new generation Frequency Specific Microcurrent machine to my clinic this week. The Precision Care is a digital FSM device that replaces the original analog "blue box" machine and is an incredible tool for treating all muscle, ligament & tendon issues and myofascial pain.
