Hello yogis....

It's Monday, so that means yoga at 7.30pm 🙂
Let me know who would like a space this evening ❤️🙏🏻

*There'll be yoga as normal tonight and this Friday 18th, and none next Monday or Friday due to Easter 🐣 holiday.*

Also - in exciting news.... my cabin / studio is complete, and while the Monday & Friday classes will continue in the Market House, if anyone wanted one to one, or a small group yoga practice, simply give me a text.

This would be useful if you wanted to further your practice, maybe do focused practice ahead of a sports event, or life is feeling wobbly and could do with some grounding.

Did you know that everything is provided at Yoga in The Coach House (market house) ?
To remove any obstacles or difficulties to practice, I provide all mats, blocks, straps, cosy blankets, yummy eye pillows ! Anything that takes the work out of trying to get to yoga 🥰
