Martina Carr Reflexologist/Reiki Master By appt Reflexology is pressure technique applied to feet or hands where internal body structures and organs are mapped or mirrored in miniature.

It is a non invasive treatment which helps the body keep a delicate balance between the nine systems, skeletal, muscular, vascular, neurological, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, urinary, reproductive. All these systems work together in unison to keep us in good health-when stress or illness disturbs this balance, reflexology helps to harmonise once more. The health benefits of reflexology have been well documented, I will list a few just to demonstrate how effective it is whatever the ailment, asthma, arthritis, anaemia, backache, ear disorders, infertililty, insomnia, stress, digestion, menopause, migraine and so on. The treatment lasts approximately 45 mins but will vary from person to person. My personal win from reflexology back in 2000-I had been diagnosed with endometriosis which affects fertility. I had in during my training -reflexology treatments -at the end of my training -I was pregnant -the only treatment I had for endometriosis was reflexology. This lead me to train as a fertility and pregnancy specialist in reflexology. Personal experience is so inspiring and drives me to help others so much. My other win from my training was treating kidney infections-which never seemed to subside despite numerous antibiotics -after a couple of months of reflexology I was kidney infection free-this was mind blowing for me. the good news is that there are health plans out there which cover a substantial amount of the cost-Aviva and VHI are a couple that I know of. thanks for taking the time to read my page and hope you discover the benefits of reflexology.
