I fell!
This is Day 4 since the fall. I fell hard. Straight down on my left leg.
I have zero pain and honestly, bar the initial contact haven’t had pain. Yes tenderness. But I am walking. I have full movement and nothing broken. Since the fall there have been multiple doses of Arnica. And arnica gel or cream applied daily. Imagine what my leg would be without that remedy!
When I fell, like all good falls, it happened in slow motion. I tripped on bad paving, I stalled for a moment, a moment where it looked like I might steady myself enough not to fall. But then it all speeded up and next thing wallop, I’m on the ground.
What to do? Night out. No kit with me. I’m shaking. I’ve had a terrible fright. I’m anxious - can I get up. The heat of my hat and coat is too much. I needed Aconite. I had none.
So I called the remedy to me. Repeating Aconite 30c 3 times in my mind. Homeopathy is energy medicine. So why not try this. In moments of saying, I adjusted to a sitting position to relax on the ground. The panic began to subside. And soon I was able to get up and continue, slowly walking.
Later, other tools were added. I iced my leg. I did EFT for anxiety. And my friend did Pranic healing on me. And today I’ve had Bowen treatment. My body is in some tension still and I am minding that.
