First week in my new space and already the stories and secrets are unfolding and being held by me and my lovely healing space.

Lots of issues, across all ages.

I love working generally. I especially relish working with Trauma, Hormones and Anxiety. I offer Rebalancing protocols. Acute support. And even packs for things like Travel and Surgeries for my clients.

Clients often contact me looking for remedy suggestions when they are ill. Many messages would follow as I would try to gather enough information to then suggest a remedy.

A trap that I see over and over in groups on Social media. And simply put. It Doesn’t Work!

Many will argue but it does. With the right remedy the symptoms disappear. But is it a clearing or is it merely another suppression?

I’ve been learning from an amazing Homeopath lately and it’s changed radically my take on Acute illness. Now I get clients to book in. And I create an Acute prescription.

I view this as the Body doing a massive clearing. The remedies can support that, while also addressing deeper layers and imbalances that are revealed.

This is a shift in how we view Home prescribing. I still believe in the kit. I still believe all homes should have them. AND I also believe there comes a time when the support needed to help the body clear, needs the expertise of your Homeopath.

Once again I have found myself in the situation where a well known Kinesiologist, who is not qualified in Homeopathy, took my prescription and edited it. Without any consultation to me.

This is UNETHICAL.
This behaviour needs to stop.

I would never dream of interfering with another Practitioners guidance or prescription for my clients. This is just basic manners in the Holistic world.

In fact when I know my clients are working with other practitioners I endeavour to ensure my prescription will complement that work.

This time of year gets manic for a lot of my clients. Rushing around with kids school. After school activities. Cooking. Cleaning. Homework. The list gets long. And the reserves get less.

But today’s world is restless. And many try to keep going.

This is your reminder that REST is not a bad word. Having a night off with your feet up is not lazy.

What is reckless is ignoring your body. The little nudges to rest. Suppressed with a glass of wine. Or other activities.

Homeopathy won’t fix this so you can keep going and going. But it can support you recovering. And connecting with your body and its needs.

Me? - Who am I?

A daughter, a friend, a Fur mamma in waiting.

A quick wit at times, but a soft side there too.

Homeopathy was to be the modality that launched my holistic career.

Practicing full time as a Homeopath for 7yrs since I graduated I treat all kinds of people. From babies in utero to my oldest client just over 90 and all in between.

I especially love working with people and their Trauma, kids on a spectrum, anxiety and female health.

Delving into Somatic Transformation recently this has become a further tool to support clients in navigating life.

Living in Co. Sligo, Ireland, I am currently preparing for another house move in September - thankfully staying close to my friends and communities of Easkey and Enniscrone. And from then I will be able to welcome clients face to face.

To say it’s been a HUGE 10/11mths is an understatement. Two bereavements, one house move (two for my mum). Thanks to homeopathy, Somatic discharge, Friends and the sea I am doing well!

On Friday 15th August 2025 at 8:08 am we completed our Homeopathy Proving / Trial of our merging of our three remedies.

Taking Tara, Brigid and Sheela na Gig myself and were guided to create our first ever Triad.

Perhaps one might expect to see traits of each individual remedy shining through. But we also are seeing so much more.

This new remedy is will help;
💎 Embracing anger and rage at wrongs.
💎 Finding your voice, saying what needs saying.
💎 The uniting of Females, connection, both in the family and community.
💎 Libido, whoop ladies this was vibrant!
💎 Tinnitus.
💎 Vision challenges / blurring.
💎 Breast and o***y niggles / pain.
💎 Boundaries - No is a sentence!
💎 Foot / ankle pain linked to breaks / injuries.
💎 Headaches / migraines.

This is just a brief summarisation of what the 29 ladies shared in the group. This group were amazing, from those who had never taken a Homeopathy remedy before, student homeopaths, home users and those qualified. Most from the Island of Ireland, from the UK and American. Time and distance did not matter as we united together. We are so grateful to each and every one.

And so Antoinette and I will collate all the data and get ready to bring this next remedy to you as soon as possible. The world needs it.

Homeopathy is truly amazing.

Louise was struggling when she came to me. And this concert would have been a complete nightmare situation. Both from the prolapse side but also the horrendous bleeds she was having.

Thanks to remedies. It was a fab memory with her two girls.

If you have physical ailments that are holding you back from living your best life and haven’t tried homeopathy yet - why not try it, you have nothing to loose and everything to gain!
