We are so excited to see you all Sunday morning at our Women’s Health Festival 🥰 A morning to connect with other like-minded women and learn how to prioritise your well-being. Whether you’re interested in physical health, nutrition, strength training, perimenopause or overall wellness, this event has something for everyone. A morning to empower yourself to live your best life ❤️

Your will need:
📝 A notepad and pen for note taking during the talks
💧 Water to stay hydrated but also will be be open for the good stuff (aka coffee) 🤣 Just a little tip - if you are planning on grabbing a coffee before the event, please arrive early. The event will start on time. The green will be ready from 8.30am

🤸High Energy Workout with Emma ⭐️

Why is it so hard to write about yourself? 🤪

I’m bringing the energy to the event. We are going to get up off our mats, raise our heart rates and have a giggle to good music (anyone who comes to my classes knows I’m terrible at the music part so don’t worry, I’ll get help with music choices 🤪)

From the bottom of my heart, thank you all ❤️ Thank you firstly to Ciara who agreed to do this with me. Thank you to all the INCREDIBLE women who are donating their time and knowledge to our event. Thank you everyone who has bought a ticket or supported our event in any way so far and finally thank you to all the wonderful women I have met and have had conversations with about family members with motor neurones. Those conversations have been everything ❤️ I’m not going to say much more - I’ll quickly mention my Dad (Seamus) - he’ll hate this but he knows me well enough to know I’ll do it anyway 🤪 This disease means as family members we are left powerless, we can’t change the outcome. I can only hope and pray that this money can help in some way to change someone’s outcome, make life easier for some other family or provide much needed support to someone affected by the disease ❤️ For Seamus and every other MND sufferer ❤️
