I’ve been walking the Celtic Wheel for 14 years… and the medicine of Samhain shows up differently each time.

It has appeared as:
🔥 the soft balm of rest calling me into my inner cave.
🔥 a morning alarm shaking me awake from living on autopilot.
🔥 the feeling of my ancestors encircling me with love and support.
🔥 the sharp, loving whisper of An Cailleach asking me to focus on what truly matters.

In this episode, I share how to walk with the energy of Samhain and not ignore it's wisdom. Samhan is the turning point of the Celtic Wheel that invites us to sit closer to the descent, death, and regeneration.

How can we honor what’s changing or dying and not rush through it or turn away from it? Can we let death be a teacher that shows us how to live more fully.. to show up more fully for life?

As the veils are thin, we have the opportunity to connect with our benevolent Ancestors... to remember who we are, where we come from and why we are here.

From Samhain until Imbolc, An Cailleach calls us further down and further in.. asking us to come into our centre… into the fertile void.

She reminds us that their is deep medicine held in this space.. a place where all that is hidden begins to be unveiled.

Every samhain is different... the medicine it offers us changes each year.

Embodying the Celtic Wheel asks you to move consciously through the invitation of each turning point. Can you meet life in all of its phases?

Samhain sometimes invites you to rest deep in the tender holding of your ancestors and mother earth. To let go of holding on or forcing growth - to let yourself be held unconditionally.

Other times it's an earth shattering awakening as death in it's many guises comes knocking at your door... Asking you 'to wake up' ... Reminding you that this life is sacred.. are you truly living? It's sharp tongue making you see clearly what's really important if you're willing to sit with death as a teacher.

It also invited you to surrender, to sit in uncertainty and the unknown. It brings your focus back to this moment only. There's no thinking 'what next' or 'cresting a 10 step plan'.. it's can I lean into the not knowing.

Samhain often helps us to witness our grief. To give voice to our sorrows...The losses of loved ones, of opportunities forgone, of choices mad, of versions of yourself, of the life you thought you'd have.

Yet within all these spaces, the Cailleach is there to hold you, help you lovingly see what you've been avoiding and guide you through this path... She is the seer, she will help you see where to place your foot for the next step as that is all that is needed for now.

To try and sidestep our Samhain seasons of life means we miss growing in maturity and wisdom. We may keep living a life that is not truly ours but one we've decided to wear to please others.

Midlife asks you to tenderly hold the question 'where am I and what is calling me in this next stage of life'.

It's easy to get stuck in the in-between phase as you cling to what you've outgrown and try to breath life back into it.

You don't want to leave the familiar behind but there's a part on you looking for 'more'... And often that more is unnameable at first.

It's the rite of passage that no one prepares you for.

You 'know' about the hormonal shifts but the spiritual initiation alongside the emotional and psychological changes can leave you feeling like you don't have steady ground to stand on.

But what if you allowed yourself to be changed and shaped by your deepest inner whisperings.

What if you took the risk to become who you choose to be...

What if you could break free of limitations and embrace liberation...

I've been running Celtic Wheel circles for the last 10 years and each turning point always has something new to reflect to me.

It's easy to forget life is cyclical and instead fall back into pushing harder, overextending ourselves and moving further away from our own wisdom.

Yet, when you take the time to step back and anchor into the medicine of the Celtic Wheel... You're whole being breathes a sigh of relief... You remember that you can pause, reorientate, change, rest or grow... All is welcome.

The Celtic Wheel is a spiral map for moving through not only life but spiritual growth, business, creative projects, rites of passage, relationships... All parts of life.

For me, walking the Celtic Wheel:
- Guides me back to my sovereign centre

- Reminds me to trust the timing of life's unfolding

This client had been carrying a sense of soul loss for 5 years.

They were constantly fatigued, hiding away, and afraid to be in their body. They told me they wanted to feel braver, more confident, and whole again.

They reached out about Soul Retrieval and we talked through what they were experiencing and where they wanted to be.

They admitted feeling nervous as they’d tried other healings before and nothing had shifted but from speaking to me, they felt I had a different perspective on healing, working with energy and integration.

After three sessions, the changes were already showing up.

- Physically, their body and voice felt more solid.

Autumn Equinox reminds us that it’s safe to release, let go and come full circle.

Just like trees shed their leaves to make space for new life, we’re invited to let go of what no longer nourishes us so what’s meant for us can finally have the space to take root.

It’s easy to think that growth is about adding more but it’s often about releasing, refining and integrating.

But as you know, letting go can be hard.

You hold on out of habit, fear, or the belief that if you release something you've wasted all the energy, time or love you’ve already poured into it.
