One of the things I learned early on in my physio career and clinic owner career: I can only do so much.

I can only see 15-20 people a day, and there will still be more people who need help. πŸ’­

There was a shift that happened during COVID where I realised there are people who are as good, if not better than me. Or I can bring people into my world, educate them, upskill them, and help them reach their potential to be great therapists. πŸŽ“

And that's one of our ethos now at Compass & Trim Physio.

To bring great people into our world. Nurture them to help fulfill and see our patients. Help them treat patients to their potential. 🌟
