Pamela Watson founded MoCoH (Motivational Coaching and Hypnotherapy) in 2009 after qualifying as a Motivational Coach. She has helped hundreds of people to achieve their goals and dreams; from complete personal lifestyle changes to promotions and major career changes. She now specialised in CBT and is currently studying at Masters Level. Pamela uses CBT and Clinical Hypnosis techniques and strategies, giving people the tools to improve many aspects of their lives including communication, managing stress, quitting smoking, overcoming fear and phobias, managing weight, releasing anxiety and depression.... and more. Pamela enjoyed a business career over two decades, then followed a new direction towards Motivational and Wellbeing Coaching, beginning her training in 2006. In 2010, Pam was delighted to receive a Business Award for her work within the community in the UK, and has worked with many charitable organisations. Currently, Pamela works with both AWARE (www.aware.ie) and the Gort Cancer Support Group (www.gortcancersupport.ie).

Hoping to attend 🤞❤️

Galway Grief Sherpa Network, as part of the Irish Hospice Foundation, Local Bereavement Networks, is hosting a “Living with Loss” Bereavement Information Evening on Thursday, 9th October in the Ardilaun Hotel, Galway.

This free public event is open individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one and professionals and community members who may support those who are bereaved. On the evening, everyone will also have the opportunity to meet members of the Galway Network that support families through grief and loss in Galway city and county.

As part of the network, we are looking forward to representing our support centre on the night.
