🌿RESTORATIVE YOGA EVENING with Yoga Nidra 🌿

🌿FRIDAY NOVEMBER 28 th

🌿7.00-9.30pm

🌿Cost : €35 pp

An evening of deep rest and relaxation to ease you into the depths of winter and to allow body and mind to gently soften .

We will move through a sequence of somatic body work , restorative yoga postures , breath work and meditation to aid the nervous system and encourage deep rest and renewal.

💕🌱🌸I’m SO EXCITED to share this ..

..NEW TEENAGE CLASS 💕🌸🍄

WHY ? Because the Wonderful who started as a student .. then became an apprentice to her mum and is now a PILATES & CHILDRENS yoga instructor will be mostly at the helm ..

brings so so much to the class. … and all from@the perspective of having just finished secondary school herself !!!

My kiddos & all their pals LOVe Leilani .. she’s a cool cat 🐈‍⬛ to younger kiddos and teens so I can’t recommend this more !
