Well done to our wonderful colleagues in West Limerick Primary Health Care Project For Travellers. All looking fab girls 👏👏

Today marked a truly special milestone for the PHCP.

Every single member of staff poured their heart and soul into the final stages of our newly co-produced menopause resource. There was such a sense of care, pride, and teamwork in the room as the 8 Community Health Workers recorded 7 short videos, each one sharing clear, supportive, and factual information about menopause. The topics for each video came from the Traveller Women in West Limerick that attended our focus groups with Mary Kennedy over the last few months.

Menopause touches the life of every woman, and today we were reminded of something so important. Every woman deserves to have an open, honest conversation about menopause, to feel heard, supported, and understood.

A huge and heartfelt congratulations to our 8 CHWs on such a wonderful day of recording. Your passion and commitment shone through in every moment.

We’re so proud of what’s been created today. Keep an eye on our page over the coming weeks — we can’t wait to share more with you 💛

🌿 Women’s Wellness Programme – Community Walk 🌿

Join us for a gentle and welcoming woodland walk as part of our Women’s Wellness Programme on Thursday 9th April at 2pm in John O’Sullivan Park, Lees Road, Ennis.

This is a lovely opportunity to get some fresh air, connect with others, and take a bit of time for yourself in a relaxed and supportive space.

Women are very welcome to bring their children or babies along, and feel free to bring a picnic if you’d like to sit and enjoy some time together afterwards.
