Morning folks! We are coming to the end of our schools tour of secondary schools for 2019. Last Friday Jacinta performed for a lovely young audience at Scoil Mhuire Ennistymon. They were so engaged and attentive and asked great questions after! Thanks to Laura Ryan and the staff there.

The character Bernie Fagan from Sweet About Me goes on a journey of self-discovery and healing. We wanted to mark with a shout out to anyone struggling today.

Bernie overcame her difficulties and got help. Not always easy but in her own words :

"Feel freer. Heads not buzzin as much. Feel clearer. I’m not thinking about food every minute of the day. If I get angry or sad from now on, I have to feel it "

Anyone going through a bad time, try to reach out. That first step is never easy but it might help ease the road ahead.

Sweet About Me had the first date of our school's tour this morning at Kilrush Community School and the students there were so engaged and attentive! Great questions at the Q&A too! Thanks so much to Aisling Haugh and the management at the school for being so welcoming and helpful. Ye have set the bar high :)
