Autumn Country House retreat, held in Carrygerry House Co.Clare.
The day began with entering into a lovely warm space, a lounge room with the fire on to warm you up from the damp day, followed by lunch in the beautiful conservatory restaurant. Local food and a hearty little feed.
Following lunch was the soundscape hosted in the function room and set up with ambient lighting
,cosy and warm. Concluding our day with oracle cards , chats,tea, and treats. Everyone left with a token from the day ✨️

An evening of ambient space to decompress.
Sound Bath Meditation is about slowing down in your body and mind. You are lying down on provided mats, where I guide you through with Breathwork, spoken word and a soundscape created by Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, Chimes and many more instruments to invite you to journey into a meditative sense of self.
Being bathed in sound, frequencies and vibrations naturally resonates with the body to achieve this meditation and promote self-healing physically and emotionally.
Each person's experience is different and unique to them.
