About the Artist:
𝑷𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒂𝒌𝒅𝒊 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒌𝒌𝒂𝒑𝒉𝒂𝒌 is a world-renowned botanical artist and my uncle. His work has been exhibited internationally and is included in the prestigious Shirley Sherwood Collection, one of the world’s most important collections of contemporary botanical art. His work has been a lifelong inspiration to me, and I’m truly delighted that he kindly gave these pieces to me to display at AM THAI ENNIS, allowing me to share his botanical art and its sense of calm with my clients.

I’m delighted to share my new photography set, captured so beautifully by Gary Collins from SIAR Photography, one of the best in Ennis.
Throughout my career in hospitality, I have worked closely with professional photographers in every hotel and resort I managed from rebranding projects to pre-opening campaigns. I coordinated photo shoots, managed agendas, and collaborated across internal departments to ensure every detail was ready. Those experiences shaped how I value strong visual storytelling today, so it makes perfect sense to bring the same standard to AM THAI ENNIS.
As I look ahead to 2026, investing in proper materials and strong visual content is part of my commitment to delivering quality and bringing genuine care to the community. These photos truly reflect the atmosphere and intention behind .
