Being a therapist myself, I can be quite particular when choosing where I go and who I trust for treatments.
For me, itโ€™s not just about the massage โ€” itโ€™s about the full experience of feeling relaxed and truly well looked after.
Oh my goodnessโ€ฆ now I really understand how my clients feel.
From the first touch to the final moment, the therapistโ€™s hands were so professional, caring, and mindful.
The ocean view from the treatment room was unreal. Honestly, I didnโ€™t want to leave. ๐Ÿฅฐ

Today I wanted to share something a bit different. ๐Ÿ™‚

โ€‹You usually see me at Am Thai Ennis, but when Iโ€™m not there, Iโ€™ve been busy learning how to be a 'Brave Explorer!' ๐Ÿง—โ€โ™€๏ธ

โ€‹Since my husband is an expert in caving and rescue, he has been my guide to the 'hidden' side of Ireland. Weโ€™ve been exploring everything from the beautiful green hills to the deep, quiet world underground in the caves. ๐Ÿ”ฆ

โ€‹Moving from Thailand to Ennis was a big change, but it has made my inner soul so much stronger. Iโ€™ve learned that wellness is also about having the courage to try new things and step into the unknown!

โ€‹I love snapping these photos to remember how far Iโ€™ve come and show them to my family and friends.

But the best part? After they have seen those pictures, my heart is so full because 2026 is becoming the year of visitors! โค๏ธ
