DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS IN THE CAR!!

Leaving your kids in the car “just for a minute” while you run into the gas station is not okay.

Even if you think it’s quick, temperatures can rise fast, cars can be dangerous, and accidents happen in seconds. Kids are not small adults? they can’t protect themselves.

Let’s stop the “it’ll be fine” mentality and keep our little ones safe.

Your coffee or snack can wait. ❤️

The cry it out method doesn’t teach a baby to self-regulate.
It teaches them that no one is coming.
That their cries don’t matter.
That connection is conditional.
That comfort has limits.

A baby doesn’t stop crying because they’ve learned to cope.
They stop because they’ve given up.

Because the one person they needed… didn’t come.

You’re not spoiling your baby by responding.
You’re showing them their voice matters.
That they are safe.
That their needs will be met.

I don’t care if you breastfeed.
I don’t care if you formula feed.

What I do care about is this toxic idea that one makes you a “better mum” than the other.

Fed is best.
Loved is best.
Safe is best.

Some mums breastfeed for years.
Some mums try and can’t.
Some mums choose formula from day one.

And you know what?
At the end of the day, your baby isn’t comparing.
They’re just happy to be fed, held, and loved.

The judgment?
That’s from adults.
Not from babies.

Unpopular opinion: A newborn can’t be spoiled.

Stop worrying about holding them too much or rocking them to sleep. They’re not manipulating you, they’re surviving. Comfort is a need, not a bad habit.
