Hello 🥰 I don’t often share this side of my journey…

But recently, Emma from soulsessionswithEmma kindly invited me onto her podcast, and thanks to Emma for kindly holding a genuine space for our conversation. In this podcast I spoke about the path that has shaped my work.

From my training in Western and Chinese medicine,
to the deeper transformational work that has come through my own life experience.

Over time, I’ve come to see that the body holds far more intelligence than we often realise.

And when we learn to listen to it…
rather than push against it…
real change becomes possible.
As unusual as it sounds everything I truly know is from transformation of my darkness to light. While I have learnt a lot , I’m my main student and I continue to learn daily. I really encourage people to face their pain and shadow. I am passionate about supporting you on your journey with this whether you on a fertility journey, a health journey or just want to get to know yourself better. The light within us is found in the darkness. ✨
While I was very reluctant to put this up.. and I feel I spoke too much , I feel it’s important I’m authentic and share my background in case you’d like to understand my work on a deeper level, this conversation will give you that insight . Warm wishes Siobhán 💚
