She started working in private practice in Ireland in 1997 specialising in Sports and Orthopaedic Medicine. She graduated with a Masters degree from the University of Western Australia in Perth in 2003. A qualified Pilates instructor she specialises in Clinical Pilates, working with clients with a history of sports injuries, spinal pain, osteoporosis, joint and myofascial injuries. Having a particular interest in the management of osteoporosis, she has actively taught Pilates classes for specific osteoporosis groups for a number of years and is now using her experience to teach progressive resistance training and falls preventive strategies for individuals and small groups based on current research.
