Mama & Baba postpartum care ❤️
Yesterday, I had the absolute privilege of working with these teeny toes. This beautiful boy, only 5 weeks old, had a tongue tie release and has struggled a little since with sleeping and feeding. I worked his nervous system first to soothe and reassure, followed by his digestive system to bring comfort and relief. I then gave Mum a foot reflex massage to see what was going on for her (the feet tell me everything!) and worked on this. Both received aromatherapy products to continue with at home for added benefits, including a gentle chamomile hydrosol for baby and a healing rose blend for Mum ⚘️
