This October, we’re joining the fight against breast cancer by helping spread awareness and reminding everyone that early detection saves lives. 💗

In Ireland, 1 in 7 women will be diagnosed in their lifetime so it’s important to check your breasts regularly and know what’s normal for you.

If you notice any changes, no matter how small, speak to your GP. Early action makes all the difference. 💕
