Christmas Festivities have started. Today we had the children from Baile Clar who put on a brilliant performance, the talent of these kids was amazing we had happy jolly faces all around and one very very very proud Granny in the audience. Thanks so much to the kids and teachers.

We wrapped up our 4th day of taste from home from around the globe today celebrating tastes of Ethiopia 🇪🇹, Ivory Coast 🇨🇮 and what can only be described as a feast from India 🇮🇳. Did they bring it yes they did.
This week we are reminded how lucky we are to work with so many wonderful people from around the globe who bring so much diversity to the health care system in Ireland.
Our residents loved learning about the foods from their culture and sharing food stories from theirs.
