The course is online. Part One is Wednesday morning 25th Feb, and part two on the following Wednesday for a total of 6 hours of deep learning. All lecture components are recorded live for later watching in case you miss it, and a resource folder is also available for 4 months

Our complex fatigue group begins tomorrow evening at 6.30pm and continues online for five weeks.

Suitable particularly for those seeking to understand cognitive, physical, and emotional pacing, energy management, the role of rest and sleep, and more, these are small group classes carefully attuned to the needs of those with fatigue.

All "lecture" components are recorded and available afterwards to allow for cognitive pacing, and while participation is welcomed in the Q&A it is absolutely not a requirement. Each person comes as they are and we appreciate this may be different week to week as well.

- Referral to an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist is recommended for safety & equipment needs.

- Individuals living with ME sometimes use the support of an OT (reports following assessment) along with written reports from other medical providers when applying for welfare, housing, housing adaptation etc.

- People with ME can access an OT privately or publically

At The Brí Clinic, the five week online group programme for people with Long Covid, ME, and associated conditions begin on Wednesday 27th August at midday for our daytime session, or Tuesday September 16th at 6.30pm for our evening sessions. All educational components will be recorded and available for a number of months after the groups. We will be talking a LOT about different types of pacing, the role of sleep and rest, managing the impact on relationships with others and with yourself, and many strategies for day to day life including problem solving work and school challenges.
