📢 100% of high-risk HIQA nursing home inspections had governance failures.

Among the nursing home inspection reports published this month, 9 centres were non-compliant with 4 or more regulations.

What stands out?
👉 100% of these centres were non-compliant with Governance and Management. This reinforces a clear pattern - when governance is weak, issues follow across other regulations.
