✨ "Ending of a 9 Year Cycle: 2017 - 2025" 🙏✅

✅ Firstly, I hope you all had a lovely, peaceful Holiday season, and took some time over this busy time of year, to slow down and look after yourself ❤️

🎉 As 2025 comes to an end, I'd like to wish each and every one of you a very Happy New Year for 2026, filled with peace, health & happiness 🙏☀️

✅ In Numerology, 2025 was a Universal "9" year, which signifies endings, closure and completion of themes, patterns & cycles 🙏🌀

** (Specifically, 2025 was the year to wrap up old themes, patterns & cycles which began 9 years ago in 2017: What are you letting go of, or ending, from this period?) **

✅ 2026 on the other hand, is a Universal "1" year in Numerology, which signifies new beginnings, fresh energy and aligned action 🙏✨💪

🌀 Hypnosis for Overeating & Sugar Cravings - Client Testimonial ✨

✅ This client got in touch with me as she'd been struggling with overeating during meals, snacking and strong sugar cravings 🍫🍬

✔️ She had already tried traditional approaches such as portion control, increasing protein, not buying junk food etc. but found this still wasn't helping her overcome the issue 🙏

✔️ In our work together, we focused on addressing the habitual Unconscious element that was pushing her to overeat and snack on unhealthy foods 🧠🤓

✔️ This is critical because without addressing the issue at this level, there will continue to be an internal tug-of-war, using willpower alone to try and overcome the issue 🙏

The habit, craving etc. usually wins this tug-of-war unless addressed directly!
