Her main issue was eating large portions at mealtimes, with sweet foods afterwards such as biscuits, bars or desserts π²πͺπ©

In our work together, we focused on addressing the Unconscious elements that were causing her to eat larger portions at mealtimes, and snack on unhealthy foods π§ π€
π‘ This is important because without addressing the Unconscious elements behind this behaviour, there will continue to be an internal tug-of-war, using willpower alone to try and overcome the issue π
