Welcome to my page 🤍 My name is Nicola. I am a registered reflexologist with the IRIL providing African reflexology 👣 I qualified in September 2021 with the MF Wellness School of Reflexology & Holistic Therapies in Loughrea. Since qualifying I have worked primarily on my own family & friends. I have now decided to set-up my own little reflexology business as the timing is right 💜

I work where people come for chemotherapy and various other treatments & this is why I originally took an interest in reflexology as I was looking for a way to help people with cancer going through their treatment and the terrible side-effects that go alongwith.

I learned alot throughout my training and just how much reflexology can benefit just about anyone. It really is such an effective therapy for all health concerns, alongside conventional treatments in some cases. It fascinates me how issues within the body may surface on the correlating areas of the foot and that by how stimulating and working on these reflex areas can trigger a response in the corresponding organs in the body, to promote healing and restore balance (homeostasis). It can be such a powerful treatment.
